• For 7 days before your filler avoid alcohol and blood thinning medicines or supplements, such as Ibuprofen, Omega 3’s, & turmeric.

• You may get a facial prior to your appointment but must avoid one for 10 days after.

• After your lip and facial fillers avoid putting on make-up for 24 hours.

• You may want to apply a small ice-pack, on and off for the first few hours to help with possible swelling or mild discomfort.

• Try not to sleep directly on your face.

• Do not exercise for 24 hours after your appointment.

• You will begin to see your Botox cosmetic take effect about 7-10 days following your treatment, getting your greatest effect at about 14 days.

• Dysport will often take effect after 2-4 days following your treatment, getting your greatest effect at about 10 days.

  While this will vary with different types of fillers, most fillers produce an almost immediate result. However, it may take up to 2 weeks to see the long-lasting effects.
